Jason Fladlien's "How to Set Up a Membership Site in Under 6 Minutes - Using Completely Free Software"

Exec summary:
If you seriously consider a membership site and never did it in your life before, Jason's course at $17 is a no brainer that will get you fast on track. It's also nicely packaged with a compact set of PDFs for fast reading and reference, along with several videos for those, who prefer this kind of delivery.

A caveat is that if you are technically advanced and regularly watch and listen to leading Internet marketers, you probably already know most of the stuff, Jason is going to talk about.

In short: an excellent really low priced course to start building membership sites now, unless you already know how to do that. The link is on the right.

Jason Fladlien's Membership Site Tactics - "How to Set Up a Membership Site in Under 6 Minutes - Using Completely Free Software"

When I originally found and bought this course, it was $37 -- that's what I paid. I still wrote a good review, it was moderately priced for the solid good quality material, but now at $17, it seems to be a no-brainer.

Here is one more test I did for you. I've got Jason Fladlien's "How to Set Up a Membership Site in Under 6 Minutes - Using Completely Free Software" What caught my attention was "free software". I know what membership site is and what variations of membership sites exists, and I did not really needed an explanation how to setup WordPress. However, I knew one huge weakness of WordPress: the absence of good free membership plugins, specifically, those with sequential content delivery.

Of course, there are plenty of the plugins you can buy. So the news that Jason knows a good free one sounded like something potentially very interesting. Alas, that point was a disappointment. The free solution was the old password-protected page (and a variation of what Ryan Deiss showed in one of his free videos pitching the continuity program.) And then Jason tells that for a good one, you have to buy, which is true.

Just in case you did not know, here are few of commercial plugins available (fair notice, I did not try them, although the first one gets good reviews):

http://member.wishlistproducts.com/ (Jason gives an alternate link http://10minutemembership.com/ to the same software in the report)
http://www.memberwing.com/
http://www.digitalaccesspass.com/

I believe there could be many more of those. Also, the first plugin creators added sequential delivery capability on September 2008 (Jason report still does not mention it and gives you workarounds, but once you get the plugin, this functionality is there for you.)

That said, it's still a very solid fast track course to get you on track. And the new pricing makes it a very easy decision. I wish I could had this price too, but at least I can pass it to you. Again, it's an excellent really low priced course to start building membership sites now, unless you already know how to do that.

By the way, some of his other products also look promising. For example, his "How to Write a 400 Word Article In 7 Minutes Or Less... Including Research & Proof Reading!" Of course, 7 minutes is exaggeration, 400 words in 7 minutes is 57 words per minute. That's a typist speed, which assumes that you don't think at all. Still, I'd settle for 400 words article in 15 minutes too. I especially liked that pearl from his sales letter, which is definitely worth attention on its own:

Eight diferent presentation styles:

1. Straightforward Style
2. FAQ Style
3. Quiz Style
4. Step by Step Style
5. Checklist Style
6. Mistakes Style
7. Story Style
8. Profession Style

But that's not something I bought and tested for you. If you tried his other products, feel free to comment here. I'd love to hear from you.
