When describing the patterns, I often mention people who invented these patterns, whom I’ve heard them from first, or who implemented these patterns successfully and reported good results. It’s also often useful to know who the players and authorities in the industry are.
I’ll try to maintain a list of brief who is who style notes about these people here. Feel free to vote on posts devoted to them based on your experience with these people, with their models, and the respect you feel toward them. Those who get a lot of votes up, will be moved to Olympus.
